MEET OUR STAFF

Mark completed training at Caddie University and began his caddie journey with Caddie Club in 2003. He quickly rose through the ranks to become the top caddie for the organization, logging over 1000 loops and carrying the bag for over 20 professional golfers.

Mark then acquired Caddie Club in November 2010, reorganizing the business operations as Caddie Club Golf. In 2020, the company is now positioned to relaunch Caddie U, and to introduce the Flagstick Digital Media and FORE! Wellness brands.

Scot has over 30 years of golf event experience including 15 years as Executive Director of the Screen Door Open Charity Golf Tournament, an officially sanctioned PGA Pro-AM.

He is also the author of “How To Play Business Golf”, a product of his experience hosting business golf outings for Fortune 100 executives. Scot oversees day to day operations with a focus on establishing effective programs and procedures for the company to follow.

Carlos began his golf career in 1987 as a caddie, at the age of 14, at Pulgas Pandas Country Club in Aguascalientes, Mexico.

He became an expert caddie within a year and then began working on several golf courses throughout Mexico. He moved to the US in 1995, settling in Dallas, Texas, where he learned the language while working various jobs until he was reunited with his passion of being a caddie. Carlos attended the inaugural session of Caddie University in 2003, along with Mark Neace, and quickly became one of the top caddies for Caddie

Club. Carlos has an undeniable passion for the game of golf, 30 years of experience, enthusiasm and dedication to serving our clients.
